Our Headache & Tension Relief Rub is a cooling botanical balm handcrafted with herb-infused oils, menthol, and refreshing essential oils traditionally used to soothe everyday head and neck tension and provide an invigorating aromatic experience.

We slowly infuse peppermint, wintergreen, tulsi, and other botanicals into nourishing oils before blending them with peppermint, basil, and eucalyptus essential oils. The result is a powerful little balm that melts on contact and is easy to keep nearby whenever you need it.

💚 How to Use

Massage a small amount onto the temples, forehead, back of the neck, or other areas of tension.

You can also open the tin and gently inhale the botanical aroma while taking a few slow, deep breaths.

A little goes a long way.

Avoid applying directly beneath or too close to the eyes, as menthol and essential oil vapors may cause watering or irritation.

Choose our traditional botanical oil formula or our 100% grass-fed beef tallow version, made with tallow rendered in-house.

🧊 Storage

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Because this is a natural balm, it may soften or melt in high temperatures. If softened, refrigerate for approximately 20–30 minutes until firm.

Because our herbs are infused and strained by hand, you may occasionally notice tiny botanical flecks in your balm. Natural variations in color between batches are completely normal.
