Hydration Electrolyte Blend

This blend is great for those hot summer days or great after a workout. 

Ingredients: Nettle, Spearmint, Hibiscus, Orange Peel, Lemon Peel

Directions: Steep 1 tbs in hot water for 5-10 minutes. Strain, relax, and enjoy. May also be enjoyed chilled or iced.
