Crushed Botanicals Apothecary ("us", "we", or "our") operates the www.crushedbotanicals.com and elementalrocksnherbs.com website (the "Site"). Crushed Botanicals Apothecary as a Service Provider
When we act as a service provider for our customers, we collect Personal Information on behalf of our customers subject to our contractual obligations. When we act as a service provider, we follow the instructions of our customer on how to process Personal Information on our customer’s behalf. The provisions of this Privacy Policy do not apply to the Personal Information that we process on behalf of our business customers.

Payments
We may provide paid products and/or services within the Site. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors). We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your Personal Information is governed by their Privacy Policy. The payment processor we work with is Shopify Payments.
